I know that Peter is a fictional character. It's not a real picture of a real person because this Peter can be YOU. The photo is not important here. Peter's story is because that could be your story Right Now... Go ahead... Read it...
Meet Peter and this is his story |
Peter runs a Small Business. He has a few employees to support him. Staff related problems consumes lot of his time. Peter has observed that it’s hard to get good employees these days. People are not serious about their job and they don’t want to take responsibility. He feels frustrated, irritated, overwhelmed and stressed by the thought that how can he grow his business like this when he has to do everything himself; even when he has staff? Nothing gets done properly and as per the standards unless he gets involved personally. He has tried to introduce a System or a Process but nobody follows it. As a result of this situation
The bitter fact is that this lifestyle is slowly killing him. And that's not even the worst part. He has spoken to some of his friends who also run small business and they have assured him that this is how every small business is. They also face the same problems everyday. This means Peter just has to accept it and live with it. There is no way out!

Why is Peter feeling helpless and hopeless? |
It is a common knowledge and a well-established fact that most small business owners see their business as their “baby”. There is nothing wrong with that. It’s called passion and love. It is essential to have this passion to setup a viable and sustainable business. The problems arises when this attachment becomes a weakness. While on one hand it is true that nobody can look after our baby better than us; on the other hand we need support and assistance from others to bring up this baby. It takes a whole village to raise a baby.
As a business owner, when we start expecting as good result from another person as we can achieve ourselves without clearly establishing the expectations with the other person then we get disappointed. It also demotivates the other person. Most small business owners are exceptionally capable of delivering their product/service themselves. What they lack is the ability to delegate the responsibilities. In fact, it’s not that they don’t want to delegate – after all they hired the staff for that reason only; what they lack is the ability to trust their staff that they can handle the responsibility. |
The Turning Point |
Luckily, Peter discovered the book BE. DO. HAVE. The Complete Guide to Create a Viable and Sustainable Business from Scratch.
He spent 1 week on reading this book. When he finished reading the book he learned
This new knowledge filled Peter with a renewed Clarity, Hope and Confidence. He realised
For the very first time he felt Clarity, Hope and Confidence that he can achieve his Financial and Lifestyle Goals; that HE CAN DEVELOP ANYONE INTO AN ENGAGED, HAPPY AND LOYAL EMPLOYEE.
Peter was able to gain this Clarity, Hope and Confidence by spending merely $37 and 1 week! It saved him from years of stress, anxiety, and confusion. It gave him his life back. Do you think Peter made a good decision to buy the book? Was the Clarity and Confidence he achieved from the book worth the $37 investment? |
